Do I need to be “technical” to benefit?

No. AIEISA is intentionally built for non-technical users. You’ll learn practical ways to use AI in business tasks (marketing, sales, admin, HR, finance) and how to get more reliable outputs using repeatable frameworks.

I’m too busy. How can I realistically do this?

AIEISA is designed for busy schedules, by incorporating:

Short micro-modules
Templates you can use immediately
Practical “do this now” workflows

You don’t need big blocks of study time. You build the skill as you work.

What’s the difference between AIEISA and watching YouTube videos?

The short answer:

YouTube can be helpful but most people struggle to turn scattered information into a consistent capability. AIEISA gives you:

Is this self-paced or live training?

AIEISA is primarily self-paced (digital). This makes it easier for busy SMMEs and teams. Where relevant, you may also have optional support or sessions depending on the package/offer. Reach our to our team and I am sure we can customise a package to your needs and budget!

How long does it take to see results?

Many learners experience improvements within the same day through the exercises, but the platform is designed for “learn today, apply consistently going forward.” The biggest value typically comes in the weeks that follow as you become more confident using AI, begin to standardise your workflows and reuse templates over time.

Do you provide certificates?

Yes. Certificate of completion is provided for learners who complete all program modules and assessments.

Does this certificate carry formal accreditation?

Our certificate is a skills-based completion certificate. South Africa’s formal accreditation for short AI programmes is still evolving, and currently there are no QCTO/SETA-accredited short AI courses available in the country.
If you require formal accreditation, we recommend pursuing an accredited diploma or degree through a recognised institution.

What makes the learning “stick”?

There are three main things here:

Can my team learn together?

Yes. AIEISA works well for teams because you can standardise how your business uses AI, so outputs become consistent across all departments, such as marketing, sales, admin, and operations.

People are scared AI will replace them. How do we handle that?

Is AI safe for business use?

AI can be safe if used responsibly. All systems we encourage learners to use has the highest security available, like ChatGPT and Microsoft Co-Pilot. AIEISA specifically teaches best practices, such as:

That’s one of the main problems AIEISA solves and this learning is baked into our modules. We focus on repeatable prompting frameworks, templates, and workflows that improve consistency across tasks and teams.

Why not just hire an AI consultant?

Whilst we do provide AI consulting services, many companies are skeptical of consultants because results can be unclear, costs can be high, and adoption can fade once the consultant leaves. AIEISA is different because:

Can AIEISA replace consulting entirely?

Who created AIEISA?

AIEISA was created by LeanTechnovations and the CEO Rowen Pillai, one of South Africa's first movers focused on practical capability-building and measurable improvement. The platform is built on a “show, don’t tell” philosophy, helping people apply tools in real contexts from day one.

Do you have proof that this works?

Is there a free option?

Yes. AIEISA provides a demo video and free introductory modules so you can experience the platform before purchasing a full course.

How do paid courses work?

Paid courses typically unlock deeper learning tracks, advanced workflows, toolkits, and extended resources. We have various pricing plans and structures for different programs. View our courses and have a look through for yourself. Our team would be happy to answer any further questions or provide clarity.

Do I need ChatGPT Plus or Copilot to benefit?

Not necessarily. Many skills apply to free versions. However, some advanced features may require paid plans. AIEISA will guide you on what works with free vs paid tools and when upgrading makes sense.

Whilst Microsoft Co-Pilot does not have a free plan, ChatGPT does and you will be able to workthrough the course using only this.

Can I access AIEISA on mobile?

Yes! AIEISA is built for digital learning and can be accessed on a laptop, tablet or mobile device. Checkout our blog to learn how to get the app.

Is there a community included?

Yes! Learners can participate in a community where like-minded people share learnings, problem-solve, and stay updated on AI developments.

Is this a once-off purchase or subscription?

We offer two payment options, depending on what suits you best:

Once-off payment: Pay upfront and get access to the course, resources and community for 12 months.
Subscription plan: Spread the cost of the course, resources and community over 12 months with monthly payments.

How long do I have access after I purchase?

You will have access to the platform, including the course, resources and community, for a period of 12 months from the time you complete a purchase.

Is the platform updated as AI changes?

Yes. AIEISA is designed to evolve, and the community helps keep learners up to date. The focus is on principles and repeatable frameworks, so you are not constantly starting over when tools update.

What if I get stuck?

You can use:

Do you offer 1-on-1 support?

Yes, via selected packages or add-ons.

What tools do I need to start?

A device (laptop, tablet or smartphone), internet access, and an AI tool such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. AIEISA provides guidance on setting up and following best practices for a free ChatGPT account, should you not have one already.

What will I be able to do after completing a course?

You will be able to:

Use AI confidently for key workflows
Produce better outputs faster (content, messaging, documents)
Build reusable templates for recurring tasks
Reduce inconsistency through structured methods

Will I become an “advanced AI user”?

Yes! If you follow the structured path and do the exercises. “Advanced” here means: you can reliably use AI tools to perform real business work, build repeatable workflows, and maintain quality control. It does not mean coding or building AI models from scratch.

Do you teach how to build AI apps?

AIEISA focuses on practical AI usage (ChatGPT/Co-pilot) for business workflows. AI App building is out of scope, as we fully believe that you need to understand coding basics before you are able to review an application created by AI. So we created our programs without the need for any sort of coding experience, and as a result, we could not include AI app building.

Can corporates use AIEISA for internal upskilling?

Yes. AIEISA is suitable for teams who need structured, consistent AI capability across departments. It works well for enablement programs, innovation teams, and productivity initiatives.

Can we customise training for our department?
