AI Training for ESD Beneficiaries: A 60-Day Rollout Plan

Phase 3 (Days 31–45): Standardise + verify

Goal: reliability and consistency.

Phase 4 (Days 46–60): Scale + measure

  • add 1 new workflow (finance comms or recruitment)
  • gather artifacts (proposal before/after, SOP, content plan)
  • measure time saved and turnaround improvements
  • collect a testimonial or narrative per business

At day 60, you have measurable outcomes and proof of adoption.
